I have a cabinet full of good advice;no matter what the issue, you can always come to me and I will sit there and talk you through it. But for whatever reason, I can't seem to take it. I have always been bad at taking my own advice and I'm here today once again to give some more to you; in hope that maybe by repeating myself so much I'll finally learn to take it myself. I can't tell you how many times I've had someone look at me when I'm talking about the advice that I gave to someone else and then ask me, "Why did you not listen to yourself? Why do you always go through these issues when you know exactly what to do?" To be honest I really don't know why I do that it's just one of those things that I can't seem to stop doing. I'm telling you from experience to stop. Stop and listen to yourself when you're giving somebody advice because if it's good advice, then you should take it too. I'm sure plenty of you have heard at least once or twice in your lifetime someone tell you to take your own medicine, I know I have. The reality of it is that it can seem hard to take your own medicine. It isn't, it just seems like it is because we're lazy. If you took , or I took, as much time solving your own issues as you do solving other peoples issues, you'd probably be a much happier person and a lot less stressed. Advice is some of the best medicine that you can ever get. Good advice can cure any problem, any issue that you have. So the next time that you have an issue and you have no idea what to do, take a look in your own medicine cabinet and ask yourself this : If this was somebody else what advice would I be giving them?
