It wasn't just a dream

A lot of things grab my attention, but not too many keep it. It is just as hard to really inspire me. Recently someone very close to me has been taking the necessary steps to make his dream a reality. It's so intriguing to watch. How many of us sit around wishing for something but do nothing about it? Or even worse, we try a little and then give up when we realize how much work it entails. This person is spending every spare moment working towards his dream. He is not discouraged when his posts don't immediately get 1,000 views. He doesn't worry when one sponsor says no because he knows there's plenty more out there. This time is so exciting because we can watch his profile grow, as well as his following. The reality of it all is that if it you truly want something, you'll go after it. I promise you, it isn't as hard as we make it out to be. As one of my favorite bands said, "What's worth the prize is always worth the fight".
